We encourage you to purchase our products online with whatever method you are most comfortable using. We have gone to great lengths to assure safety of your personal and confidential information. We also offer order processing through the PAYPAL highly developed professional service to enable you to shop with us without ever providing Credit Card information to us. If you aren't familiar with PAYPAL, go to www.paypal.com for more information. Additional alternatives include the old-fashioned "Pay by Mail" method using money orders. If you pay using these, your order may be delayed in shipping until they clear the bank. You may also order by phone and fax.
When you find a item you want to order, enter the number of that item you would like to order and press the "Order" button to add it to your "Shopping Cart". You will then be taken to a screen which will display all the items currently in your cart. Items may be added, modified or deleted at any time from the screen which displays your shopping cart.
To continue adding items, click the "Go Back" button to be taken back to the page you came from, or "Store Front" to continue shopping from the main index. If you wish to increase the quantity of an item you have already ordered, simply adjust the the number of units in the space provided and then click the "Order" button or "Change Item Quantity" button in the cart. You may also delete an item by clicking on the "Remove Ordered Item" and then place a check mark in the boxes next to the item you want to remove. Then click on "Remove Checked Items" to complete the removal of the unwanted items.
To view your shopping cart at any time simply click "Your Order" from anywhere on the page and you will be taken to the shopping cart.
When you have completed your shopping, press the "Check Out" button and you will be brought to the Order Form. You can now review your shopping cart and if you need to make changes click the "Change My Order" button. When you are satisfied with your changes you can return to the Order Form by clicking the "Check Out" again.
Provide billing information as well as shipping information if the order is to be shipped to a different address. Please complete all pertinent parts of the Order Form to expedite the ordering process. We will confirm your order by email before final order processing.
When you press the "Submit for Verification" button your on-line order will be submitted to us and checked for completeness. You will then be brought to a new screen where you can review this final information and make changes if needed. Once you determine your order is accurate you will finalize the order by clicking the "Process My Order" button.
After submitting your order you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. We will double-check your order and verify it with you by email before shipping. Please make sure your email address is accurate. You may still cancel your order if it has not shipped by e-mailing or calling us.

What Information does the cookie contain?
It contains only the contents of your shopping cart and nothing else. no personal information is stored or extracted to learn about you or your web use. It is our policy to use cookies only to assist in a convenient, accurate and safe manner. If you do not complete your order it will be held in your cookie for about 12 hours. This allows you to consider your purchase and come back without having to re-enter your order. After 12 hours the cookie automatically is deleted. Finally the cookie is also deleted automatically once your order is completed.
